Our quaint two bedroom one bath vacation get-a-way cabin sits right on the waters edge overlooking Lake Buchanan. With the LARGE 2-tiered DECK facing the lake, there is plenty of room to cook out or just relax!!

This is a view of the lake when sitting on the deck. In the early afternoon the sun goes behind the cabin and it provides plenty of shade over the entire deck. With the prevailing wind out of the south, there is always a cool lake breeze blowing across the deck making it comfortable no matter how hot it is!!

Our deck has plenty of room to stretch out – catch some rays – do some grilling or relax in our hot tub!!!

On the LEFT is a view of the entertainment center! We have Direct TV, a DVD/VCR Player and a Stereo / Cassette / CD Player. During those cool fall evenings there is also a log-burning fireplace available to make for that perfect romantic evening! On the RIGHT is a view of Dining Area and the FULL Kitchen, which includes a Jenn-Aire and dishwasher!!

The Spiral Staircase will take you to the Master Bedroom Loft and a view that - well you have to see to believe!!

The arrangements in the loft include a KING SIZE bed with a view that is spectacular! Also in the loft is a Trundle bed for those larger parties - yet still leaves plenty of room!!

This is a view from the Loft!!! No matter how many pictures I take - I have not been able to really capture the view! And when you are lucky enough to be here during one of those stormy nights, the display of lightning is unforgettable!!!!

Downstairs in the GUEST BEDROOM our bedding arrangement is a KING SIZE bed!

This is the BATH ROOM. With all the comforts of home plus a Jacuzzi tub for two.

If you need some clean clothes - there is a washer and dryer for your use!

Lake Buchanan, which is made up from the “Colorado River”, is the beginning of what makes up the "Third Coast". We have added a little sand in front of the deck to add to the air of getting away to the coast. With the sounds of the waves washing up on shore - one would almost think your at the beach. We brought in plenty of white sand for those kids to play in and built sand castles or just for laying out and catching some GREAT Central Texas Rays!!!

This view is looking out from our beach into the Red Rock Creek arm of Lake Buchanan! Early mornings and late afternoons it is not uncommon to see white tail deer, turkey or an occasional hog coming down to the lake for a drink of water. As you turn to your right you will see the open part of Lake Buchanan!

For your enjoyment we have a HOT TUB located on back deck. As you can see - you can take advantage of the view of the lake during the day and at night - the stars are magnificent!

The Lake is slowly filling up and looking GREAT! Got a boat - GREAT!!! Bring it!!! You can tie up to our Boat Dock, which is located in Red Rock Creek! The picture on the right is a submerged night light that brings in the fish after dark! The kids just love it (old kids too)!

Need a little practice putting and / or chipping! Bring your clubs and take advantage of our putting green. Installed by Texas Greens - this putting green is NO PUTT - PUTT, this is as REAL AS IT GETS!!! It will hold a chipped ball just like pitching to a real green! There is also a movable mat so you can practice chipping from any distance to the green!!!

This Vacation Rental Home will sleep comfortably 8 people*. Winter Rates for Lone Eagle Lodge are $300.00 per night with a 2-night minimum stay and Holidays rates are $350.00 per night with a 3-night minimum. Summer Rates begin on May 15^th and are $350.00 per night and $400.00 per night for Holidays.

*Looking for accommodations for a larger group or family reunion? B & R Lodge, which is located next to Lone Eagle Lodge, can accommodate up to 12 people. Located only feet away, it is a three bedroom, two bath house. Check B & R out here!

The RV Site, which is situated next to the cabin, can also be used by renters of the cabin that have a RV that you want to bring along for extra guest. The use of the site is $35 per night, with an additional fee of $10 per person per night with a maximum of four people using the RV Site.

This is a NON-SMOKING home and we appreciate that if you have to smoke, we ask you to respectfully smoke outdoors and properly dispose of your cigarette butts.

We are pet friendly and pets are allowed with a $25 per pet, NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. We ask that your pets not be left alone, but if you do need to leave they are required to be kept in a kennel. Also, please be responsible and bring necessary items to clean up after your dog does its business.
